Jevan Bhamra is the IT Service Desk Manager at MTM; managing and supporting the Corporate IT systems – making the world of IT accessible to everyone so that they can perform their activities safely and securely. Jevan sees himself as a gatekeeper to supporting the Company’s development and growth. IT is the backbone of our Company and Jevan wants to ensure that MTM can use IT to help us on our journey in an agile-minded way.

Jevan brings a wide range of experience of different IT systems and technical principles. His background in optimising IT to find efficiencies, consolidating and migrating systems to get the best out of them and securing our environments have worked wonders in providing a baseline of good IT practise. Jevan prides himself in having an array of the “soft-skills” – good organisation, adaptive problem-solving leading to long-term resolutions, reliability and efficiency. From his experience, a conversation about a problem is a problem half resolved and Jevan feels that MTM’s people-centric focus really elevates and gives focus to these skills. He’s passionate about IT being a place which is accessible for all, experiments can be conducted and IT is there to encourage displays of Innovation with the knowledge that we work in a safe environment.
