With more than 20 years’ experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and engineering, Andy combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style. He specialises in building secure, cloud-first environments and scalable data platforms that support scientific research, while ensuring governance, compliance and resilience. Passionate about simplifying complex systems and joining up people, data and tools, Andy works closely with teams across the MTM ecosystem to ensure technology accelerates innovation rather than standing in its way.
